PACIFIC COUNTY RESOURCE GUIDE
A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) gives us comprehensive information about the community's current health status, needs, and issues. This information helps us to develop a community health improvement plan by justifying how and where resources should be allocated to best meet community needs. Information is collected to identify unmet needs within our community.
This year’s CHNA study determined the top three community health priorities to be access to primary care, access to specialty care and access to behavior health.
